If this is your first time running the e-Controller^™ application or if you don't see a viewer screen on the page you need to download the e-Contoller^™ viewer (LinkUp^™.exe). 
To download the viewer: click here

After downloading the file:

Go to the folder you downloaded the file to and double click LinkUp^™.exe. Follow the instrucions as the installer prompts you.

After completing the LinkUp^™ installation close and reopen your browser to refresh your screen.

Place call by opening the LinkUp^™ directory.
